Note: Custom work is only done for ratepayers and only carried out within the R.M. of Harris #316 unless authorized by Council. Custom work is only carried out as time permits.

The “Ratepayer Rate” applies to the first 4 hours of custom work carried out for a ratepayer in any year and any hours after the 4 hours shall be charged at the “Regular Rate”

-Traffic gravel will be hauled within 5 miles outside of the R.M. boundary.

- Gravel is only sold to ratepayers and the Villages of Harris & Tessier

- Gravel will be limited to 100 cubic yards in the calendar year per ratepayer unless approved by Council
