Assessment information / field sheets -
- may be provided to owners free of charge
Building Permits - minimum $20.00 plus inspection costs
Development Permits - $100.00 minimum
Fax service - $0.50 per sheet coming and going
Land Sales Information -
Individuals seeking information regarding land sales are to be referred to the Land Titles office with the exception of the Farm Debt Review Board who shall be charged the $5.00 fee for each transfer copy.
Maps - $5.00 each plus $2.00 for mailing for ratepayers
- $10.00 each plus $2.00 for mailing for non-ratepayers
- one Heritage Map will be given to each ratepayer upon request until such time as supplies are exhausted

provided at no charge during office hours
Overweight Permits - $30.00 per unit per trip for non-divisible loads
- overweight permits for divisible loads originating within the municipality, or delivery of inputs (fuel, fertilizer, chemicals, feed or grain) delivered to locations within the municipality shall be issued up to a maximum of Primary Weights throughout the year, and no permit fee will be levied. Permits will not be issued on the 4 miles of paved surface running north of Harris on Jim Angus Road.
- Overweight permits for divisible loads originating outside of the municipality shall not be issued at any time during the year.
Photo Copying
- 1 or 2 copies: $0.50
- 3 – 100 copies: $0.20
- 101 copies +: $0.15
Road Ban Permits – Permits for secondary weights will be issued for multiple days, only when the temperature reaches -5 C overnight. Secondary weights are only to be hauled until noon, at which time road ban weights then take effect. Permits will be issued at no charge.
Tax Certificates - $20.00 per 4 quarters (Bylaw 5-2005)
Tax Information for mortgagors or persons other than the owner-
$5.00 per owner up to four quarters
Title searches-
To be conducted at cost for owners only.
Any outstanding custom accounts accrued in November & December of the previous year will be added to the tax roll on April 1st of the current year unless sooner paid.
